SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:
- Order Processing: Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after placement (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery across India takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery pincode.
- Shipping Charges: We provide Free Insured Shipping across India on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies.
- Courier Partners & Tracking: Orders are shipped via insured courier services (BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees). A live courier tracking link and AWB number are updated in your Account Dashboard and sent via SMS/Email as soon as the package is dispatched.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY:
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched by contacting customer support via WhatsApp or Email.
- 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Guidelines: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. We strongly recommend recording a quick unboxing video when opening your package for smooth resolution.
- Refund Process: Once returned items pass quality inspection at our facility, refunds are initiated back to your original payment source (or bank transfer for COD orders) within 5 to 7 working days.
